The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the Operations team at our Fresno manufacturing facility, which produces syrups and sauces. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process improvement, and plant performance. The intern will work on real projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support safe, high-quality production. This internship is structured to provide meaningful project work. Administrative tasks such as filing or data entry will be limited and will not exceed approximately 30–40% of the overall experience. Pay: $21.00 per hour Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible) Schedule: Monday – Friday (flexible) Location: Fresno, CA Travel Requirements: None Work Environment Available: In-office
