About The Position

We have a current opening for a Continuous Improvement (FOX) Champion and are actively reviewing applications. The Continuous Improvement (FOX) Champion focuses on supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Strong computer skills, communication skills, and strong coaching skills are a requirement and will be used regularly. Training/Presenting skills are preferred.

experience working with MS Excel, MS Word, & MS Power Point
Understanding Continuous Improvement and goals.
Flexibility to work various shifts/hours to support FOX Workshops.

Responsibilities

Represent the Performance Department and champion the FOX systems.
Support the UGP through usage and coaching on FI tools to target losses.
Actively participate in and guide FOX workshops on the FI tools.
Presenting to and leading larger groups is required.
Work within the Smart Factory ecosystem to perform assignments, guide and train others to use the applications, and perform health checks on the applications.
Create OPL (One-Point Lessons) and other forms of work instructions to address problems and opportunities for improvement.
Support with Performance Department projects as needed.
Supporting with contractors, documentation of testing and training material, and other requirements dependent on project specifics.
Perform all duties within GMP and SOP standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
