About The Position

As part of the Continuous Improvement team, you will work collaboratively and independently with critical manufacturing, engineering, and transactional process leaders to help management achieve strategic goals and impact financial results. You will learn to challenge conventional thinking, and work as needed to support tactical efforts, serving as both a team leader and coach. Requirements

Current enrollment in a BS program with a major in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a degree related to Manufacturing Engineering emphasis or Operations Management
A desire to reach beyond the typical engineering role into problem identification, solving and continuous improvement
A desire to lead cross functional teams
A desire to understand our marine industry customers and work to improve their experience on the water
Minimum first semester junior status with 48 completed credits
Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) through a full co-op term running January to August 2027 or June to December 2027
The ability to enroll in a formalized co-op Program through your university
Dependable, self-motivated and engaged learner
Good communication skills
