About The Position

Due to growth, we are adding a Continuous Improvement Business Partner to our team. The Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner is a key driver of process excellence across the organization. This role manages strategic initiatives using proven methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a project leader, mentor, and coach, the CI Business Partner will foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams at all levels to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field is required.
Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology required.
5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience, with a track record of measurable results is required.
Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.
Extensive experience required with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Nice To Haves

Change Management certification preferred.
Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred.
Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously.
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
Promote awareness and adoption CI methodologies across the enterprise.
Support training and coaching for employees at all levels of the organization.
Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.
