Requirements

0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
Basic Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

Support CI events by collecting data, documenting processes, and preparing basic reports to enable accurate analysis and follow-through on improvement activities.
Assist with process mapping, 5S activities, and waste identification to build foundational CI skills and contribute to project outcomes.
Maintain project documentation, standard work updates, and basic metrics to ensure visibility and sustainment of improvements.
Participate in kaizen events and improvement workshops to gain hands-on experience with Lean tools and team-based problem solving.
Monitor simple operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately to support timely resolution and maintain workflow stability.
Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and communication for CI initiatives to ensure smooth execution of improvement activities.
Collaborate with team members across functions on assigned tasks to build cross-functional understanding and contribute to team progress.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
