About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, implement sustainable improvements, and establish a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical manufacturing experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across production and support processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve throughout, labor productivity, equipment utilization, quality, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvement roadmaps aligned with facility and business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement results.
  • Quantify project benefits, including labor savings, downtime reduction, capacity improvements, and cost savings.
  • Analyze production processes, workflows, staffing, equipment utilization, and material flow to identify constraints and waste.
  • Conduct time studies, process observations, data analysis, and capacity assessments.
  • Improve production line balance, material flow, workstation layouts, and operating procedures.
  • Partner with supervisors and frontline employees to identify practical improvement opportunities.
