About The Position

As a Continuity Solutions Consultant at Pax8 in the United States, you’ll help MSP partners define, prove, and operationalize recoverability—before incidents happen—while growing your career alongside cutting‑edge, AI‑enabled technology. This is a consultative, partner‑facing role where you turn complex continuity concepts into clear, sellable outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, advisory, and enablement—shaping repeatable services MSPs can scale, while developing deep expertise in continuity, cloud, and modern MSP operating models. Requirements

• Proven consultative selling or advisory skills in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical recovery capabilities into business‑level outcomes
• Considerable curiosity or experience in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts
• Strong discovery and questioning skills that simplify complex topics
• Comfort coordinating conversations across partners, vendors, and internal teams
• Sound judgment when aligning solutions to workload needs, risk profiles, and partner maturity
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and MSP business models
• High learning agility and enthusiasm for new technology, including AI‑enabled tools
• Must hold valid right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, consultative discovery to understand partner goals, risks, and success measures
• Help partners define meaningful recoverability standards, including priorities, targets, and testing approaches
• Shape repeatable continuity service packages that MSPs can confidently sell and operate
• Coordinate tailored demonstrations with Solutions Engineers and vendor experts
• Guide ordering and early adoption to ensure readiness and measurable outcomes
• Drive scalable engagement through webinars, events, and campaigns that convert interest into action
• Maintain disciplined opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
• Support rollout planning that proves operational value and advances continuity maturity
