About The Position

Contingent Worker Proofing Team Lead at RTX, a global aerospace and defense company. This hybrid role involves leading a team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business needs are met, providing operational guidance, and acting as a first-level escalation point for proofing concerns. The role requires adherence to standard work, case management using ServiceNow, training new hires, and driving continuous process improvement using RTX CORE principles.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Prior experience gathering and documenting process requirements to create and maintain standard work and process flows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • This job requires a U.S. Person.

  • Previous experience working in an HR or Global Trade Compliance support role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily operational standups to ensure teams meet SLA/business needs.
  • Provide operational guidance on areas of risk and breached SLAs to ensure overall operational success.
  • Act as first level of escalation for Contingent Worker proofing concerns/process issues.
  • Provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team, adhering to standard work.
  • Assign new cases to proofing specialists utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Monitor case queues for timely resolution of cases.
  • Responsible for ServiceNow escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Train and support new hires onboarding into the Contingent Worker proofing organization.
  • Ensure process documentation including standard work is kept up to date.
  • Lead process with a continuous improvement mindset; using RTX CORE principles, methodologies and tools.
