About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will use advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care. The role includes assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for patients to support improved outcomes and healthcare delivery. The position floats to nearby locations in the San Antonio, Texas area. The schedule includes 15 hours at the home clinic and 20 hours at another specified clinic. After three weeks of training and orientation, schedules are created in six-week blocks.
