Requirements

• Understand how culture moves through media.
• Ability to influence cultural intelligence and world-building.
• Ability to influence talent casting.
• Ability to influence 360º media strategy.
• Ability to influence go-to-market plans.
• Ability to define what should be considered media.
• Senior planners: ability to lead multi-agency ecosystems and client relationships.
• Mid-level planners: ability to build channel strategies and translate insight into action.
• Emerging planners: ability to develop craft.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hybrid discipline between Strategy and Creative.
• Experience choreographing ideas and diffusing them through culture.
