About The Position

Tesoro Group is seeking a Contents Technician to join one of our long-term client’s team in Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro and surrounding areas. This is a contract to hire role, with a 6-month period before conversion. The role involves both onsite work in a clean room, cleaning and restoring damaged property, and field work to pack up contents. Technicians will be responsible for salvaging items to be returned to customers. The role requires meeting at the corporate office in Plymouth and then being dispatched to project sites.

Requirements

6 months' experience in general residential maintenance and construction.
Common knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and remodeling/demolition.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly (furniture & demolition debris).
Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Ability to use personal cell phone for taking photos and documentation while at job sites.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and restoring damaged property removed from customers' homes in a clean room environment.
Salvaging items to be returned to customers.
Assisting in the field to pack up contents from project sites.
Documenting job site activities using a personal cell phone for photos and documentation.
