About The Position

As a Contents Manager at Servpro of North Atlanta, you will be responsible for managing the restoration and inventory of contents damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. You will oversee the contents restoration process, ensuring that items are properly documented, cleaned, restored, and returned to clients in excellent condition. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be essential in this role.

Requirements

Previous experience in contents management, restoration, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of restoration equipment, techniques, and safety procedures is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of damaged contents, including photographs, descriptions, and condition assessments.
Evaluate the extent of damage to contents and determine the feasibility of restoration.
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the restoration of damaged contents, including coordinating with restoration technicians and subcontractors.
Oversee the cleaning and restoration of contents using industry best practices and equipment.
Ensure that restored contents meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain detailed documentation of all restoration processes, including work orders, invoices, and progress reports.
Communicate with clients regarding the status of their contents, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with other members of the restoration team to ensure a seamless and efficient restoration process.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, equipment, and techniques related to contents restoration.
