Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services to company standards
Detail-oriented cleaning of contents
Use and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely
Follow cleaning checklists and job-specific instructions for each assignment
Communicate professionally with clients and team members on job sites
Ensure all work areas are left clean, organized, and customer-ready
