Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Must be able to wear PPE and occasionally work after-hours for emergency calls
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred
- IICRC certifications (CPT, FSRT, OCT) a plus — we’ll help you earn them!
Responsibilities
- Photograph, identify, and inventory customer belongings using digital systems
- Wrap, package, and label items for safe transport and storage
- Clean, deodorize, and restore personal property (furniture, decor, household items, etc.)
- Repackage, label, and prepare restored items for return to the customer
- Maintain warehouse organization and accurate records
- Assist with packing/unpacking (pack-outs and pack-backs)
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and teammates
- Follow all safety, cleaning, and documentation protocols
