MDG is seeking an experienced Content Strategy Manager to build and operate a high-performance content engine for MDG and its clients. This role involves owning the voice and narrative of the MDG brand and driving measurable results across social media, web, audio, and video channels. The position requires a blend of creative instinct and strategic thinking, fluency in social media strategy and execution, UGC-style video production, influencer and podcast partnership development, and community management. The candidate will build content that connects developing platform-native creative, curate compelling stories, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production. This role supports the VP, Strategy in shaping MDG's thought leadership presence and serves as the day-to-day content lead across client engagements, identifying opportunities to grow relationships.
