Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer in B2B, agency, or brand environments (we will consider less for candidates with strong B2B or regulated-industry experience)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging writing across long-form and short-form formats
  • Demonstrated ability to write for a goal and for different stages of the marketing funnel
  • Domain knowledge in GRC, risk, compliance, or security, and/or strong SME-interviewing skills to build it quickly
  • Experience translating complex or technical subject matter into engaging, accessible content
  • Excellent editing skills and a high bar for quality, voice, and consistency
  • Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams
  • Comfortable using audience insight and performance data to inform and refine content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a regulated or technical industry (e.g. risk, compliance, or security) is a strong asset
  • Experience with AI-assisted content tools is an asset (with strong editorial judgment)

Responsibilities

  • Write flagship, long-form content such as ebooks, thought leadership, and blogs that is expertly researched, authoritative, and genuinely engaging to read.
  • Work with subject matter experts across product, analysts, and Kroll to source insight and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Turn complex GRC and S&I topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with the people who own risk, compliance, and security decisions.
  • Bring a creative-led approach to every brief, developing fresh angles, strong hooks, and ideas that stand out in a crowded category.
  • Elevate the quality and originality of Resolver’s content, moving beyond functional writing to work that builds brand affinity.
  • Write across the full marketing mix: landing pages, social media posts, email, event copy, one-pager headlines, and campaign assets.
  • Adapt tone, length, and message to each channel and funnel stage, from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion.
  • Craft headlines, hooks, and calls to action that capture attention and move audiences to act.
  • Partner with Go-to-market teams so every piece of copy supports a clear goal and measurable outcome.
  • Help evolve and steward Resolver’s brand voice as the company moves to a more creative-led approach.
  • Ensure every piece sounds unmistakably Resolver across all audiences and formats.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to pair strong writing with strong visual ideas.
  • Act as an editorial voice and quality bar for content produced across marketing.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to own the content plan, turning business and campaign priorities into a clear, prioritised pipeline of content.
  • Build a deep understanding of GRC and S&I audiences, including their priorities, questions, and what earns their attention.
  • Use audience insight and performance data to sharpen messaging and shape new content.

  • Test and refine headlines, formats, and hooks, and contribute to reporting on content performance.
