Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, including direct experience leading content strategy for luxury brands, premium consumer brands, or high-visibility B2B brands.
  • Proven experience in defining content models, content types, and governance frameworks for CMS-driven platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical or heavily engineering-focused source content into messaging suitable for various stakeholder groups, including B2B buyers and very high-net-worth individuals.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, visual design, and development teams on content-informed design decisions.
  • Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with GEO/AI search optimization practices, including structured data and content structuring for LLM indexing.
  • Experience in regulated or highly structured content environments (aviation, aerospace, automotive, or similar sectors, a significant asset).
  • Strong facilitation and documentation skills, with a track record of producing deliverables for both agency and client.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple deliverables within a tight deadline engagement.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Advanced French level.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce-integrated marketing websites or lead-generation content flows.
  • Previous agency or consulting firm experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Excel, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Claude, or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the project launch.
  • Review results of stakeholder interviews and their synthesis, conducted by another role, and apply findings to content decisions.
  • Provide specific content contribution to the competitive benchmark, led by the strategist and the UX team.
  • Contribute to the SEO/GEO report, led by the SEO specialist, and apply its findings.
  • Support the UX designer and visual designer in defining experience design concepts and principles.
  • Content audit: evaluate existing content on the client's current online properties to guide the migration scope and future content model.
  • Future information architecture: bring the 'content' perspective to the proposed future state site structure and navigation model, developed jointly with the UX designer and SEO expert.
  • Content model and governance: lead the first iteration of the content model and governance approach, defining content types, their relationships, and ownership, in collaboration with the product owner.
  • High-level content guidelines: produce general guidelines for content creation and migration to support the future content model.
