The Content Specialist partners with the K–12 sales team to support the adoption and successful use of NGL’s print and digital solutions. This role delivers product demonstrations, training, and ongoing implementation support to school and district leaders, helping educators increase digital capacity and improve student outcomes. The specialist builds strong relationships with customers to understand curriculum and technology needs, provides standards-aligned guidance, and collaborates with internal teams to support sales efforts and ensure accuracy in state and local submissions. This role plays a key part in driving customer success and influencing solution selection through engaging presentations and training at the district and state level.
