About the Role & Team Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team oversees Hulu and Disney+ streaming services within Disney Entertainment, bringing Disney’s world-class storytelling to fans and families around the globe. The Disney+ Global Content Programming team is responsible for content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights—all focused on delivering a cohesive, strategic content experience for our viewers. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Manager, Content Programming, Disney’s DTC team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Content Programming Associate Manager to support our streaming business and editorial priorities, with a strong focus on driving Disney+ KPIs and audience engagement across both Disney+ and Hulu. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of Content Programmers to plan, execute, and optimize dynamic on-platform campaigns and promotions that resonate with our audiences. You’ll leverage content management systems alongside visualization and project management tools to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.
