About The Position

As the Creative Content Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end development of compelling, culture-driven content across Nutrabolt’s portfolio of brands - including Cellucor, C4 Energy, and XTEND. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, hands-on production, and creative leadership. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Creative Content and Marketing leadership to translate brand strategies, media plans, and business objectives into bold, best-in-class creative. From concept through final delivery, you’ll help shape how our brands show up in the world across every key channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience developing and producing high-quality creative content (video, photo, social, digital), either agency-side, in-house, or both.
  • Proven on-set production experience leading photo and video shoots.
  • Strong editing and some design skills, including proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end production process — from concepting through post-production and delivery.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Clear understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into compelling creative across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Help translate brand strategies into executable content plans across brands, products, and categories, ensuring creative meets channel requirements and performance goals.
  • Coordinate productions (photo shoots, campaign shoots, video productions), working closely with internal partners, freelancers, and agencies to bring concepts to life.
  • Serve as a creative partner to cross-functional teams (DTC, Digital, Social, PR, Amazon, Sales, Field/Shopper/Trade), building channel-specific content plans that drive performance.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and media teams to translate GTM strategies into smart, production-ready creative plans.
  • Be present on set — managing, problem-solving, and ensuring creative intent is executed at the highest level.
  • Guide external agency and production partners, establishing a shared creative vision and ensuring work meets Nutrabolt’s quality standards.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Brand Strategy to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables — keeping productions organized, efficient, and proactive.
  • Ensure content captures are planned holistically, accounting for messaging, formats, lengths, and channel usage to maximize output and minimize rework.
  • Act as a cultural pulse-check — staying tapped into youth, pop, and creator culture and translating those insights into relevant, scroll-stopping content.
  • Proactively pitch and brainstorm new creative ideas with brand and channel leads, pushing how our brands show up creatively.
