About The Position

Sunfish is a fast-growing, venture-backed Series A health tech startup. Our mission is to make the parenthood journey easy and affordable to help everyone build the family of their dreams. Used by leading fertility clinics throughout the United States, we help patients navigate and afford treatments. Our company ingests unique patient biodata to support patients using AI/ML. Sunfish’s team is composed of individuals with backgrounds in fertility, health tech, insuretech, and fintech – all with a shared passion for bringing equity to family building. And we’ve done this before - our executive team has had 19 exits and 4 IPOs to date.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with an interest in health tech or family-building
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
• Excited to learn how marketing, partnerships, and operations work together

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and organizing content for social, newsletters, and patient education
• Help coordinate assets, timelines, and project details across internal and external teams
• Support light copywriting, research, and message organization
• Monitor Reddit, Quora, and other IVF/TTC communities to identify where Sunfish should show up
• Draft thoughtful, supportive responses that match Sunfish’s tone and guidelines (no medical advice)
• Surface trending questions, fears, and topics to inform messaging, content, GEO, and FAQs
• Explore opportunities to engage in new or emerging fertility communities
• Help identify clinicians, and partners for future collaborations
• Draft outreach messages and track engagement
• Assist with coordination of deliverables and timelines
• Help prepare marketing materials for clinic partners (flyers, updates, simple assets)
• Assist with light website audits and placement checks
• Organize partner collateral and track basic performance metrics
• Assist with logistics for webinars, community events, and clinic activations
• Support prep work (run-of-show, assets, light follow-up)
• Help organize content libraries and shared resources
• Support weekly tracking and summarizing of simple performance metrics
• Keep project calendars and deliverables up to date
