About The Position
ModSquad is seeking an experienced Content Moderator with experience in child trust and safety to join their remote team. In this role, you will monitor and moderate social feeds for issues raised by the public, respond where appropriate using pre-approved text, and escalate issues to the client's security when necessary. The position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week for 90 days, with project hours Monday through Sunday, including early morning and weekend shifts. The hourly rate will be discussed during the interview phase.
Requirements
- Experience moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content to determine the level of safety
- Must be focused on the task ahead
- Comfortable with the possibility of viewing extreme or disturbing content
- Experience with child trust and safety
- Understanding of high-level child safety processes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
