About The Position

Ellsworth Adhesives is seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to join their team. This role is responsible for owning the unified content strategy and content intelligence framework across various channels, including web, SEO, and all owned, earned, and paid media. The strategist will align narratives, investments, and performance insights with company priorities. Key activities include leading keyword and audience research, content journey mapping, and market analysis to develop scalable content frameworks that drive customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand authority. The role also involves contributing to high-impact content production and establishing standards for content creation across channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, content writing, or strategic content roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
  • Experience using AI writing tools and content‑generation technologies.
  • Ability to create and adapt content for multiple platforms (web, email, social, ads, print).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing workflows.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) content strategies across owned, earned, and paid media, including web content, SEO, email, digital ads, social media, and traditional marketing materials.
  • Ensures the quality, clarity, and consistency of all content, contributing to writing and editing while maintaining alignment with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and marketing objectives.
  • Leads the strategy, structure, and messaging for conversion-focused landing pages, partnering with marketing automation and web teams to support lead-generation lifecycle marketing goals.
  • Conducts audience, market, and competitive research, including buying behavior analysis, and content performance audits to inform messaging, content themes, and strategic decision making.
  • Scales content production through cross-functional collaboration, working closely with designers, subject-matter experts, sales, product teams, freelancers, agencies, and AI tools to deliver cohesive high-quality content at speed.
