Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating marketing content in a technology, agency, channel, marketplace, or partner-focused environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities across multiple content formats
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
- Learning agility and the ability to rapidly develop expertise in new subject areas
- Confidence to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and participate actively in creative discussions
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience balancing priorities while consistently delivering content on time
- Familiarity with content marketing tools, content management systems, and modern marketing workflows
- Proficiency across Microsoft productivity tools
- Valid right to work in United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting managed service providers, partner ecosystems, marketplaces, or channel marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, productivity, and business application technologies
- Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts and translating technical expertise into market-ready content
- Exposure to tools such as Grammarly, Figma, Miro, or Workfront
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality marketing content including campaign assets, guides, solution briefs, advertisements, emails, and promotional materials
- Build messaging and storytelling frameworks that support marketing campaigns from awareness through revenue generation
- Translate complex cloud, AI, productivity, security, and business technology concepts into clear and compelling business value
- Connect multiple technology solutions through cohesive narratives that align with broader business outcomes
- Create content that resonates with diverse regional audiences and industry verticals across the Americas
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, subject matter experts, sales enablement teams, and vendor stakeholders
- Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
- Research emerging industry trends, partner needs, competitive insights, and technology developments to inform content strategy
- Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
