Sitting on the Content & Research team and reporting to the Manager of Content & Research, you will own middle- and bottom-of-funnel content that supports demand generation and nurture programs — transforming proprietary research, product innovation, and customer evidence into content that drives pipeline. This is a full content lifecycle position. You will ideate and develop content, shepherd it through internal review, design, publication, and sales enablement, and coordinate handoffs across shared workflows. You will also play an active role in building the systems that allow the team to produce high-quality content efficiently and consistently. This role is part of Payscale’s AI-enabled content engine. You will use Claude, Gamma, and other AI tools to enhance research, narrative development, and content production, while bringing the editorial judgment needed to ensure output is accurate and on-brand.
