About The Position

This is not a traditional internship designed to teach someone how to create content. We're looking for someone who already has content creation skills and wants to learn how to leverage those skills to help organizations grow, expand their impact, and connect more people with the services and support they need. HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Counseling Group help children, adults, couples, and families access quality mental health care and support. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Content Marketing & Growth Intern who wants hands-on experience helping build a growing mental health brand while learning the business side of marketing, community engagement, lead generation, and growth.

Requirements

• Genuinely enjoy content creation and social media
• Already create content and have examples of your work
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Enjoy learning new technologies and AI tools
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Care about helping people and creating positive impact
• Curious about marketing, business, growth, and entrepreneurship
• Possess creative and content creation skills

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content
• Design and publish social media content
• Repurpose educational content across multiple platforms
• Assist with content calendars and publishing schedules
• Research mental health content trends and opportunities
• Help create content that educates, encourages, and builds trust
• Assist with awareness and outreach campaigns
• Support client acquisition and lead generation initiatives
• Help increase community awareness of available services
• Research marketing opportunities and growth strategies
• Contribute ideas that support brand growth and visibility
• Assist with community outreach initiatives
• Help identify partnership opportunities
• Support relationship-building efforts with community organizations
