About The Position

Through educational content, data-driven insights, and targeted marketing campaigns, the company helps professionals discover solutions while enabling vendors to generate qualified leads. As the business continues to grow, the company is looking for a Content Marketer who can take ownership of its marketing efforts and build scalable content and email marketing systems that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. With a growing audience, expanding client base, and valuable proprietary data, the company needs a dedicated marketing professional to own content creation and campaign execution. This role exists to ensure consistent communication with prospects, deliver high-quality SEO content, manage client email campaigns, and transform business data into valuable marketing assets that generate traffic, backlinks, and qualified leads. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Content Marketer to lead the company's content marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and lead generation. In this role, you will manage email campaigns for both the company's audience and paid vendor clients, create SEO-driven content that attracts qualified traffic, and develop data-backed reports and lead magnets that strengthen the company's authority within the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the marketing function, working independently, and making a measurable impact on business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, email marketing, or SEO
  • Strong experience managing email campaigns using platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar
  • Proven experience writing SEO-focused content and conducting keyword research
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience creating lead magnets and educational marketing assets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data
  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Experience using Ahrefs or similar SEO tools
  • Experience marketing to finance, accounting, or professional services audiences

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns using Brevo
  • Segment and nurture the company's database of 4,000+ quiz participants
  • Develop automated educational and nurture email sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics
  • Manage recurring email campaigns for paid vendor clients
  • Write compelling outreach campaigns targeted to each client's ideal customer profile
  • Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely execution
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements
  • Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs
  • Create SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, calculators, and pillar content
  • Build supporting hub-and-spoke content strategies
