The Content Management Analyst supports the acquisition, processing, enrichment, and quality assurance of primary source legal content across digital products. This role plays a key operational function in scanning services, court relationship management, vendor oversight, and technical troubleshooting across the end-to-end content pipeline. The analyst develops a strong understanding of content enrichment, metadata, and markup, enabling effective diagnosis and resolution of production and data issues. This position partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor production loads, audit automated web scraping pipelines, and continuously improve content acquisition and delivery processes. This role also requires building familiarity with customer-facing products to understand how content is used and ensure quality and usability standards are met. This role would require someone to go to the Riverwoods office five days a week through the rest of the year, then transition to 1-2 days a week in Chicago office starting in 2027.
