About The Position

This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office. We are seeking a passionate Spanish Speaking Content Leader to join our dynamic team in New York, contributing to our Content function. Requirements

  • Exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role, including the capacity to convey complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish is needed for this role.
  • You have a deep enthusiasm for live-event storytelling and an endless curiosity about the financial services, fintech, and payments landscape.
  • You possess outstanding writing and communication skills and feel confident presenting to senior executives.

  • You thrive in the fast-paced environment of live events and are comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Stay ahead of fintech trends in Latin America as part of the Fintech Americas team, a division of the Money20/20 platform.
  • Provide recommendations on format, style, and technology to enhance event experiences.
  • Conduct in-depth research (desk, phone, and face-to-face) with industry stakeholders to identify market trends, uncover hot topics, and secure top-tier speakers for our stages.
  • Manage speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition, ensuring seamless content delivery.
  • Support other shows within the Money20/20 event series, contributing to their success.
  • Provide weekly updates on speaker outreach, confirmations, pipeline progress, blockers, call-for-content status, timelines, and risks.
  • Collaborate with the content operations team to expand and maintain the speaker database.
