What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary architect of our internal knowledge ecosystem, building a comprehensive content governance framework from the ground up for our Professional Services organization. You will move beyond basic document maintenance to shape how our entire global team captures, validates, manages, and deploys business-critical intelligence, giving you a visible platform to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, document control, enablement, or knowledge management.
  • Expert capability navigating content management systems (CMS) such as Heretto, Contentful, or Confluence.
  • Proven ability to work independently with little direction, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a talent for identifying documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience executing large-scale content management system (CMS) data migrations.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing brand-new content governance and scalability processes.
  • Experience supporting sales, professional services, or customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning management systems (LMS) such as Docebo.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a global content governance framework and document control lifecycle.
  • Orchestrate a recurring audit and quality assurance schedule to systematically identify, consolidate, and eliminate redundant or obsolete technical and customer-facing resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional content owners, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to align training modules and project materials with current standard workflows.
  • Monitor content usage, searchability, and adoption to ensure internal teams can easily locate, trust, and securely access the materials they need.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives by ensuring all digital documentation evolves in real-time with process or tool changes.
