About The Position

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 3,000 students joining us from 70+ countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures. CGA has big growth goals for the year ahead, and the Global Marketing team is central to driving organic growth across our markets. This role will help our student stories come to life, persuade prospective families, delight our community of parents and students, and generate leads through sales and paid marketing collateral. You'll sit within the Global Marketing team alongside our Social Media Executive and Designer as peers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a Content Marketing role
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Canva
• Video editing experience
• Writing experience/portfolio across editorial and digital channels
• Comfortable leveraging AI workflows to scale content production
• A strong sense of brand and tone of voice, and the discipline to adhere to it
• Ability to juggle multiple pieces of content at once - quick, proactive, doesn't wait to be asked
• Ideas for improvements, new content types, or new content series
• Understanding and experience in SEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation)
• High attention to detail and genuine care about the quality of what you put out

Responsibilities

• Own content production across campaigns, our ebook calendar, website copy, and blog - taking on the day-to-day execution currently sitting with our Marketing Lead, so the team can move faster and produce more.
• Produce the collateral local market teams use to run their own campaigns, rather than running campaigns yourself.
• Own the content calendar across campaigns, blog, website copy, video
• Take over execution of website copy, ebooks (roughly one per month, plus regular updates), and campaign copywriting
• Deliver regular paid and full-funnel marketing campaigns - landing pages to Meta ad copy to lead-gen assets
• Write persuasive landing page copy, optimised for keywords and conversions
• Write and produce persuasive sales collateral that generates leads
• Bring student stories to life across editorial and digital channels
• Produce thought leadership content, collaborating with teams across CGA for expert input
• Work with our Social Media Executive to align written content with social content and tone of voice
• Work with our Designer on layout and design needs for content assets
• Flag technical or on-page needs to the dev team in support of our GEO/AI search strategy
• Bring your own ideas for content improvements, new formats, or new series
