Stand TogetherArlington, VA

About The Position

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society. We’re seeking a Content Manager to lead the management and optimization of Stand Together’s Development content while enabling our leadership and partnerships teams with the tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate across teams — from marketing, development and infrastructure to ensure content and knowledge are complete, accurate, strategically organized, easily accessible, and designed to empower our external donor partner-facing teams. The ideal candidate blends sales content enablement experience and related systems skills — someone who can translate organizational knowledge into actionable, high-impact resources that help teams communicate Stand Together’s mission and value effectively. This role will provide our donor partner facing teams with relevant information at the speed of the opportunity, providing measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together’s vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales content management, sales enablement, or knowledge management roles.
  • Direct experience managing Aquia DAM, SharePoint, or comparable enterprise content platforms including AI-enhanced platforms.
  • High attention to detail related to content, governance and metrics.
  • Proven success supporting sales, partnerships, or development teams through content systems or enablement tools.
  • Strong grasp of metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solutions-oriented, principled, and motivated by contribution and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a multifaceted organization to create a world class experience for our donor partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient with project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the content platforms (currently Aquia DAM and SharePoint), ensuring content is optimally structured, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Manage enablement resources (proposals, partner stories, templates, FAQs, etc.) that support partnership teams.
  • Design and maintain an organized content architecture that enhances searchability, discoverability, and usability across internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and partnerships leadership to identify content gaps and identify materials that advance strategic priorities.
  • Implement consistent metadata and tagging frameworks to improve findability and ensure alignment with partnership workflows.
  • Support onboarding and training for staff using content systems and enablement tools, ensuring ease of use and adoption.
  • Track engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content relevance and accessibility.
  • Champion a culture of enablement, ensuring partner-facing teams have what they need — when and how they need it — to engage effectively.

Benefits

  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.

  • Commitment to growth: Thrive in a non-hierarchical environment that empowers employees to discover, develop and apply their unique talents.
