As the Partner Enablement Manager, GTM, you’ll be responsible for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by equipping Cresta’s ecosystem—technology partners, services partners, and channel sellers—with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to position and sell Cresta effectively. You’ll work closely with Partner Leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product to design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate partner ramp, reinforce Cresta’s value in the partner sales motion, and ensure partners are set up to consistently execute high-quality customer engagements. Your focus will be on enabling partners that support Cresta’s Enterprise and Strategic customers, including global SIs, BPOs, and technology partners working with the world’s largest contact centers. Your Enablement skill set should include both remote and in-person facilitation, as well as scalable self-service programming delivered by LMS. You’ll need to think creatively on how to use these tools to bring new partners up to speed as well as keeping them updated on the latest and greatest at Cresta.
