The Associate, Content/Digital collaborates with Merchants, Site Merchandising, and the Merchandise Marketing Team to develop online marketing content, promotional strategies, and a customer experience supporting the company strategy. This role supports the Business Director in executing a customer-centric vision. Leveraging digital and product expertise, the Associate identifies online marketing and merchandising opportunities prioritizing the customer. Building trust with teams and key collaborators is crucial, as is influencing Macy’s wide Marketing execution strategies. Known as a trusted, collaborative, and results-oriented leader, the Associate, Content/Digital guides through influence, displaying professional maturity and industry credibility. They closely partner with the DMM and Merchants, implementing merchandising strategies online. Candidates must rapidly evaluate and phase out outdated approaches, demonstrating both vision and a strong orientation for speed.
