About The Position

Eastlink is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Content Development and Training Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering others, thriving in fast-paced environments, and making a real impact. The position offers flexibility to work from home or from the Dartmouth office, with an expectation to visit the office at least four times a year or as business needs require. As a Content Development and Training Specialist, you will lead and evaluate training programs for sales, service, and technical support teams, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences to drive performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery
Deep understanding of learning models and styles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools
A calm, enthusiastic, and resourceful problem solver

Responsibilities

Refine training programs based on business needs and performance trends
Deliver engaging sessions using adult learning principles and modern training techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate emerging trends into training
Manage and update content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with key KPIs for new hire classes
Provide constructive feedback to employees and support their growth
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest training tools, software, and methodologies
