The team is seeking an experienced Content Developer to design and deliver compelling content for diverse audiences including sellers, sales managers, sales operations teams, and sales leadership. This role involves creating high-impact enablement materials covering sales compensation and sales planning topics, helping sellers understand their compensation plans and providing clear documentation for sales operations and management teams regarding planning cycles, processes, and tooling. The Content Developer will collaborate closely with design, policy, and program teams across both sales compensation and sales planning domains to create clear, engaging content, ranging from seller-facing materials about sales compensation plans to technical documentation on process flows and data sets. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong program management capabilities and technical aptitude to translate complex technical and business concepts into digestible, user-friendly content. In this role, the Content Developer will develop and manage content on Sales Planning and Compensation topics, including PowerPoint presentations, user guides, and process documentation, promoting a self-service approach to address knowledge gaps and reduce support inquiries.
