  • Perform work while leading developers/content/workstreams, accepting broad objectives and independently determining how work should be investigated, approached, organized, and executed.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot difficult or unfamiliar issues using research, experimentation, packet/system analysis, debugging, environment reconstruction, and low-level reasoning.
  • Decompose complex efforts, direct and coordinate contributors, set priorities, manage dependencies and risk, and make/defend decisions under ambiguous or competing requirements.
  • Lead technical-content governance, including standards, practices, review expectations, roadmap input, quality controls, and consistency; validate others' work and identify bad assumptions, systemic gaps, risk, and inconsistencies.
  • Serve as senior escalation for OS, networking, virtualization, software, exploitation, malware, packet, assessment-environment, or kernel-level problems; architect and guide complex environments spanning multiple technologies and behaviors.
  • Lead and coordinate advanced exercises/assessments, including purpose-built artifacts, realistic behaviors, proficiency measures, and technical validation; use operational feedback, assessment/student data, and technical findings to direct improvements.
