About The Position

We are building a community of creators across the USA who understand how people consume content, what earns attention, and how to turn a brand brief into engaging content. Social media needs better, distinctive, relevant content made by real people. As part of the Born Creator Community, you will create social-first content for brands across various formats, including product content, personality content (talk-to-camera, tutorials, etc.), lifestyle content (in-situ from real places), and hosting content (vox pops, interviews). You will receive briefs from Born, create content adhering to brand guidelines, incorporate feedback, and help brands build relevance, trust, and distinctiveness through creativity.

Requirements

• Experienced content creators across the USA.
• Confident shooting, editing, and delivering social-first content for brands.
• Already create high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Understand what makes content feel native, watchable, and culturally relevant.
• Strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing, and storytelling.
• Ability to interpret a brief and bring creative instinct to it.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work professionally with agency teams.
• Interest in building longer-term relationships with brands.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content for brands across a range of formats.
• Bring products to life in a way that feels native to social media.
• Create personality-driven content such as talk-to-camera videos, tutorials, explainers, demos, and reactions.
• Produce lifestyle content filmed in real places, moments, events, and experiences.
• Develop hosting content like vox pops, street interviews, event hosting, and premium entertainment formats.
• Interpret brand briefs and apply creative instinct.
• Work within brand guidelines and take creative direction.
• Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and work professionally with agency teams.
• Build longer-term relationships with brands.
