About The Position
Clipboard is seeking a Content Creator to be the primary face and driver of their Surprise & Delight program's growth. This role involves organizing and capturing wholesome surprises for healthcare workers and facilities across America, with the goal of creating a social-first video series that amplifies these moments. The content will be inspired by popular accounts like juixxe and Lalaland, aiming to produce entertaining and wholesome videos that reflect the Clipboard brand. The company is a remote-first team of over 1,000 people, founded in 2016, and is a leader in Long-Term Care staffing, expanding into Home Health and Hospitals.
Requirements
- Magnetic on camera with contagious energy.
- Willingness to travel for shoots across America.
- Extremely personable, able to build trust with strangers quickly.
- Care about the people served by Clipboard (healthcare workers and facilities).
- Ability to be on camera 3 to 5 days per week.
- Ability to manage production and keep to a weekly publishing schedule.
- Ability to steer storytelling and shape narratives.
- Ability to lead community engagement.
Nice To Haves
- Experience producing IRL content.
- Experience growing a social media account.
- Experience working in healthcare or nursing.
Responsibilities

- Steer the storytelling across all phases of production, shaping the narrative to best reflect the experience.
- Lead community engagement, including posting videos and responding to comments and DMs.
