About The Position

Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We are building the next generation of travel lifestyle products, blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners. We are looking for a creative and highly driven visual storyteller who will produce engaging, high-impact content that showcases our resorts, guests, owners, and teams, helping define how Vacatia shows up across social and digital platforms. This role offers an opportunity to make a mark at the intersection of hospitality and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling.
• Proven track record of creating engaging short-form video content that drives audience growth and interaction.
• Strong skills in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer-facing content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling short-form video and photo content that drives engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Strategically adapt and leverage content for broader use across digital marketing campaigns, sales centers, and other enterprise channels beyond social media.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to bring diverse stories to life across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end content production from ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing.
• Apply social media trends and data insights to continuously optimize content performance and audience reach.
• Own brand consistency and elevate storytelling quality while contributing to a growing, content-driven marketing strategy.
