About The Position

Giles Automotive Group is looking for a creative and organized Content Creator to lead content creation and manage our digital presence across all dealerships. This role requires on-site attendance and is not available for remote work. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, design, and community engagement and wants to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in graphic design, video production, and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze and interpret online marketing data
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid Louisiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be 21+ with a valid ID
  • Must pass required drug screenings

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Professionalism and adherence to company attire and grooming standards
  • Willingness to represent Giles as a positive ambassador in the community

Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging content across all social media channels
  • Design graphics for monthly specials, events, and promotions
  • Film, edit, and publish reels
  • Ensure OEM and LMVC compliance on all marketing materials
  • Plan and present social media schedules
  • Photograph team members and update websites/CRM as needed
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Support community outreach and dealership events
  • Keep websites updated with graphics, photos, and community content
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Director on upcoming campaigns
  • Maintain accurate online listings
  • Assist with various internal marketing projects and needs
