About The Position

Clipboard is building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel aimed at nurses and caretakers across America who are looking to advance their careers. The goal is to become the go-to resource for nurses seeking knowledge and career progression, starting with a YouTube channel and expanding to a newsletter, community, and free resources. The role involves being both behind the scenes and on camera to make this vision a reality.

Requirements

Magnetic on camera, coming across as a warm, genuine mentor.
Curious and a fast learner, able to quickly grasp concepts in finance, content, YouTube growth, team management, and audience engagement.
Strong operator with the ability to manage contractors and multiple moving parts efficiently.
Cares about the audience and believes nurses deserve better resources.
Interested in personal finance and able to quickly learn about financial tools available to nurses.

Nice To Haves

Experience producing video content.
Experience growing a YouTube channel.
Experience working in financial services, media, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

Run the YouTube channel from ideation to hosting and production.
Lead a scriptwriter and editor.
Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos (3-4 hours per week on camera).
Set the content strategy, including topics, angles, and what to skip.
Manage the production process end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Analyze channel performance bi-weekly with the head of social to identify trends and optimize production.
Show up on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse.
