About The Position

Hayley Paige Bridal is a dynamic luxury designer brand entering a thrilling new chapter: reinventing what bridal artistry looks and feels like. Our work is rooted in storytelling, aesthetic excellence, and trend-setting creativity. As our Content Creator / Cinematic Story Producer (Fashion & Luxury) (Not a social media manager role), you will play a pivotal role in shaping that story visually and emotionally. You will actively help create premium storytelling that elevates the brand’s digital voice and connects deeply with brides around the world.

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled visual storyteller and content producer to build and capture the world of Hayley Paige through a cinematic lens. This is not a traditional “social media” role. This is a hands-on creative position for a filmmaker-level talent who can conceptualize, direct, shoot, and edit emotionally resonant fashion content that feels editorial, narrative-driven, and culturally relevant. You will lead the creation of a short-form brand series and ongoing content ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on story, composition, pacing, and performance, while also executing a consistent daily content cadence across platforms.

Requirements

• Filmmaker first, content creator second. You have a strong point of view and understand visual storytelling, not just trends.
• Advanced technical execution with proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio.
• Comfortable incorporating AI-assisted editing and post-production tools.
• Proven narrative work with a portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, direction, and cinematic execution, not just transitions or trend-based content.
• Strong editorial eye with an understanding of fashion, composition, and visual culture.
• Your work feels closer to Vogue Runway, campaign films, or short-form cinema than traditional social media.
• Builder mindset with experience creating content series, recurring formats, or brand storytelling systems.
• Performance-aware with the ability to create content that resonates emotionally and performs digitally.
• Ability to maintain a consistent and disciplined content output without compromising quality or brand integrity.
• Minimum 4+ years producing high-quality video content for fashion, luxury, or adjacent industries.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing cinematic storytelling work.
• Two to three examples of short-form narrative or series-based content.
• A brief note on how you would approach building a Hayley Paige content series and sustaining a daily content cadence.

Responsibilities

• Concept, storyboard, and direct short-form narrative content and episodic series.
• Shoot high-quality video using professional camera systems, lighting, and sound.
• Edit and finish content with a cinematic, editorial standard including color, pacing, and sound design.
• Translate fashion moments into emotionally compelling visual stories, not just clips.
• Build repeatable content formats and series that drive audience retention and growth.
• Own and execute a daily content cadence, delivering high-quality, on-brand content across all platforms while maintaining consistency with the broader narrative and visual direction.
• Collaborate directly with Hayley to bring creative direction to life.
• Travel as needed to capture campaigns, runway, and behind-the-scenes moments.
