The position involves creating daily short-form content for social media, filming real moments showcasing the team and culture, and producing various types of videos including fun, personality-driven content and informative car buying tips. The role also includes editing videos for social media, optimizing them for engagement, and maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, the position provides administrative support to ownership and leadership, assisting with scheduling, organization, project management, and event support to ensure smooth operations. The goal is to create content that makes customers feel a personal connection with the brand and its people.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating and editing content for social media

  • Film real, unscripted moments that showcase our team and culture
  • Produce fun, personality-driven videos
  • Produce informative, value-driven content (car buying tips, ownership insights)
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns and promotions
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas
  • Edit high-retention, engaging videos optimized for social media
  • Add captions, music, sound effects, and pacing to videos
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Turn everyday footage into polished, compelling content
  • Assist ownership and leadership with scheduling and organization
  • Help manage details, follow-ups, and communication across projects
  • Support events, campaigns, and internal coordination
