About The Position

The Content Creation Specialist captures high-quality content and manages social media strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation for multifamily real estate clients. As our new Content Capture Rockstar, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality content (think professional photography, iPhone video clips, drone footage, and more) at various client properties. You will ensure drone regulations are followed, manage all asset capture and upload to our company drive, and communicate with the team regarding property and photoshoot status. You will also oversee editing to ensure photos are high quality, create content calendars for clients, and ensure all content meets brand guidelines and client expectations. Additionally, you will brainstorm new content ideas with the creative team and stay on top of industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required/preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing or sales experience.
• Experience running large social media accounts and/or omnichannel marketing campaigns is ideal.
• Experience with new trending social media content is ideal.
• Experience in short-form copywriting for social media captions and display advertising.
• Experience filming short-form content and photography is ideal.
• Experience filming drone / professional photography is ideal.
• CapCut or other video editing software.
• Photography editing software.
• ClickUp.
• Videography and professional photography.
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc).
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM platform is preferred.
• Understanding of Mac OSX and iPhone iOS for business.
• Effective leadership and coaching skills.
