About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking for various projects. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills to ensure marketing and communication initiatives are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or other digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assign marketing tasks and projects, monitoring progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing into timed tasks for assignment and tracking of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating key metrics reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor digital asset management platform to ensure organization structure of marketing materials, assets, and documentation.
  • Participate in event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with teammates on creative development for campaigns and initiatives as assigned.
