The UX Content Coordinator contributes to the implementation, measurement, and evolution of the digital strategy that engages stakeholders and builds the University of Saskatchewan brand in alignment with strategic priorities and the Mission, Vision and Values. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Strategy, the UX Content Coordinator will update and enhance the university website to support institutional goals. The Content Coordinator will work with stakeholders to optimize digital experiences with two key goals in mind: maximize user/customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role involves creating interactive experiences by updating content, structure, and flow of the university website to simplify navigation, leveraging current UX/UI patterns and testing new ones. It also includes performing user research to discover user goals, inform information architecture, and participate in the development of journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. The work is done within the context of enterprise architecture principles, brand standards, and data governance frameworks, requiring a proactive and creative approach in a complex, academic environment. This position requires a high level of energy and competence, acting as a change agent to influence and promote a user- and digital-first approach in support of the university’s goals and strategic plans.
