About The Position

This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison. This role ensures that system outputs, documentation, and communications are clear, accessible, and aligned with federal customer's voice and mission. The Content Specialist supports website content, user training materials, and change management efforts to drive adoption of enhancements. This position plays a key role in improving usability, accessibility, and overall user engagement across customer systems.

Requirements

• Experience with federal communications or digital platforms
• Experience in content strategy, UX writing, or digital communications
• Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Content management and website updates
• User documentation, training, and communications
• Change management and user adoption support
• Section 508 and accessibility alignment
