About The Position

A contents claim is a claim for the loss or damage of personal belongings, and are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils. We are currently hiring a Content Claims Specialist In-House to join our Edjuster team remotely in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements. Edjuster is a division of Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) assists with the inventory and valuation of a policy holder’s/claimant’s total loss contents. The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) helps list and value items lost in a claim. They handle claims quickly and accurately using edjuster’s process and our platform, Exclaim.

Requirements

• Remote work in Canada
• Experience with edjuster's process and platform, Exclaim
