About The Position

Content & Brand Ambassador BFF Medical Wellness is a membership-based medical wellness clinic specializing in functional medicine, aesthetics, body contouring, and anti-aging treatments. We operate multiple locations in Southern California and are actively growing. We're looking for a Content & Brand Ambassador who brings energy, personality, and hustle to represent BFF where it matters most — in the clinic and in front of our community. The Role You are the face of BFF on the ground. You'll be in our clinic regularly, capturing content, collecting patient testimonials, supporting service promotions, and making sure every patient interaction reinforces why BFF is different. You're not behind a desk managing spreadsheets. You're in the room — talking to patients, working with our clinical team, creating content that's authentic and engaging, and helping bring our brand to life across social media and in the community. This is a hybrid position. You'll be in the clinic at least 2-3 days per week for content creation, patient engagement, and hands-on promotional support. The remaining time is flexible for editing, posting, planning content calendars, and coordinating with our team remotely. Compensation This role is built for someone who wants to control what they earn. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus a monthly performance bonus tied directly to your output. The more you produce, the more you earn — it's that simple. Each month you'll have a clear set of deliverables including content targets, testimonial collection, in-clinic attendance, and social media performance. Hit 100% of your deliverables, earn 100% of your bonus. Your effort and output directly determine your income. This structure rewards people who take initiative and hold themselves accountable. If you're the type who does the bare minimum and waits to be told what to do next, you'll earn a bare minimum paycheck. If you're the type who shows up hungry and delivers consistently, you'll be rewarded for it.

Requirements

  • You're a people person. You walk into a room and make people feel comfortable. Patients trust you, staff enjoy working with you, and you know how to read the energy of a room and match it.
  • You show up. Not just physically — you show up with energy, initiative, and a desire to make things better. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen. You see it and you handle it.
  • You're a natural content creator. You live on social media, you understand what performs and what doesn't, and you can turn a 30-second phone video into something that makes people stop scrolling. You don't need a production studio — you need a phone, good light, and a story worth telling.
  • You take ownership. When something is your responsibility, you own it completely. You don't make excuses, you don't need to be reminded, and you take pride in delivering quality work every time.
  • You understand brand. BFF has a specific voice — warm, confident, empowering, approachable. Every piece of content you create needs to feel like us. If you don't naturally understand tone and brand consistency, this isn't the right fit.
  • You use AI tools as part of how you work. Whether it's editing, captioning, brainstorming content ideas, or streamlining your workflow — AI is part of your toolkit and you use it to be faster and better. This is expected, not optional.

Responsibilities

  • Be present in the clinic capturing real content — treatment walkthroughs, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments, staff highlights, and day-in-the-life stories.
  • Create and post engaging social media content that reflects BFF's brand — warm, confident, lifestyle-driven, never clinical or salesy.
  • Build relationships with patients and staff so that content feels natural and authentic, not staged.
  • Support in-clinic promotions and events — help set up, engage with patients, and document everything.
  • Manage and grow BFF's social media presence with consistent, quality content.
  • Identify content opportunities and trends that align with our brand and audience.
  • Collect and organize patient reviews, success stories, and testimonials.
  • Assist with local outreach and community engagement — partnerships, events, and grassroots promotion.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure content supports active campaigns and promotions.
